About the Role

Fiesta Motors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train staff members as needed.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Manage and maintain office technology, including computers, software, and equipment.
    • Implement and maintain systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
