Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and management as needed.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports and other documents as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
