- Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports to support business decision-making.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Team Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
