About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TEK KLINIK. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports to support business decision-making.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
