About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at AMOORDOD INC. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
