Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc.

This is a permanent position with an estimated annual salary of $$$60,000 - $80,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
