Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Greater Sudbury. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, guaranteeing easy access to critical information.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
