We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our Greater Sudbury office.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
