Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to enhance sales performance

- Order merchandise and maintain an up-to-date inventory system
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers
- Sell merchandise and negotiate with customers to meet sales targets
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 35 hours per week
