Receptionist Job Description

In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for our clients in Waterloo, Canada.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide assistance to create a positive experience.

Requirements
