Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Waterloo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that all records are secure and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using data and information to inform decision-making.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
