About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Planning Officer to join our team at Right at home. As an Administrative Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organizational goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment, including coordination and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Large workload with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
