Job Description


  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry duties.
  • Train staff and oversee payroll administration, resolving conflicts and issues as needed.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.


Requirements


  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.


Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
