About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Leader to join our team at Canada Inc. in a full-time capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory, and controlling budgetary expenses.
  • Co-ordination and Organisation: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee payroll administration, train staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assemble data, prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A secondary school graduation certificate is required, along with less than 7 months of experience in an administrative capacity.
