About the Role

As an Administrative Services Manager with CANADA INC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgetary controls and inventory management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Train staff members on administrative procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
