We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our Advanced Sales team, driving growth and revenue expansion in the High Net Worth market.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales leader to leverage their expertise and network to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with high-producing advisors, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs, and fostering collaboration with internal teams.

As a Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top-performing advisors, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Design and deliver customized sales strategies to capitalize on HNW cases, ensuring alignment with advisor goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice-President, Advanced Sales, and other senior sales leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and optimize sales performance.
  • Foster strong partnerships with carriers and industry experts to access premium products and services.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Deep understanding of the High Net Worth market, including family and business insurance landscapes, product knowledge, and concept expertise.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
