Business Development Manager for Advanced Sales

About the RoleThis is a senior-level position responsible for growing our business through strategic partnerships and collaborations with key advisors. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing customized solutions, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
You will work closely with our sales teams, including Vice-President, Advanced Sales and Director, Sales colleagues, to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Your expertise in the HNW market, combined with your ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ADVISORS AND CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND DELIVER CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
- Provide education and training to advisors and sales teams on spotting HNW opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
- 8+ years of experience in industry, preferably in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in growing business and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of the HNW market and its trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment with a talented team of professionals. This role is eligible for working from home up to 3 days per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
