Senior Sales and Marketing Strategist for Power Sector Growth

We are poised to grow rapidly and require a highly skilled sales and marketing expert with experience in the power sector to accelerate sales in North America and Europe.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of driving sales and finding new customers in the power sector. This is a full-time permanent position located in Vancouver, BC, with remote work possible from anywhere in Canada.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales channels, identifying and engaging large OEM opportunities, recruiting and directing sales reps, and creating successful marketing campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who is naturally mindful of delivering exceptional quality of service and who is keen to drive exponential growth over the short term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the power sector
- Identifying and engaging large OEM opportunities
- Recruiting and directing sales reps to achieve sales targets
- Creating effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the power sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas effectively
- Strong organization and documentation skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industrial automation equipment, including SCADA systems, PLCs, and relays
- Familiarity with medium voltage equipment, including switchgear, transformers, motors, and generators
Benefits:
