About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review documents for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing financial statements and reports, arranging travel and itineraries, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, utilizing efficient interpersonal skills and a team player approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
