Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Client Success Manager at Metergy Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong business-to-business relationships with a portfolio of clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Growth Strategies: Support Metergy in the development and execution of account growth strategies, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to gauge satisfaction, offer assistance where possible, and provide tailored reports, project plans, and value-added programs as required.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve and document existing and new processes, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Attend client meetings, represent Metergy as a subject matter expert, and ensure timely resolution of all inquiries.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects, initiatives, sales calls, and other opportunities assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: University/College preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service role with a business-to-business focus.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to prioritize, solve, and escalate challenges or opportunities, strong decision-making and analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and exposure to CRM databases (Salesforce and CC&B).
Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
