As part of our Executive Talent Acquisition team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the search and hiring process for executive-level roles across our global footprint.

About the Role

This role involves owning and managing executive talent acquisition across our business lines and corporate/control functions. You will provide strategic insights and advice to hiring executives on complex, specialized leadership needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing in-depth research to identify passive talent prospects and reviewing candidate applications to present diverse and highly qualified candidate slates
  • Taking a proactive, data-driven approach to source and attract executive-level candidates through various channels, building a pipeline of candidates for our executive talent pool
  • Effectively managing complex compensation negotiations with candidates, engaging with our Total Rewards and HR Business Partner teams
  • Leading the end-to-end candidate experience, acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sourcing and recruiting executive-level talent using research-driven, proactive methodologies
  • 5-7 years of experience in an executive recruitment role at complex and/or large companies, with executive search firm experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communications skills with a strong ability to strategically influence and persuade senior leaders
  • Results-oriented and able to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and cultivate networks and relationships
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan. Our office location is in Toronto, Canada.
