The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking an exceptional Executive Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead the development and implementation of a cohesive enterprise-wide executive talent acquisition strategy. This role will play a crucial part in driving business success by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across the organization.

Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 CAD

Job Description

This high-profile position will be responsible for providing strategic direction and seamless execution of the organization's global executive talent acquisition and experience. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to strategy development and implementation, business transformation initiatives, and the financial industry.

The Executive Talent Acquisition Strategist will deliver an enterprise-wide, cohesive, and efficient executive talent acquisition strategy that meets the unique needs of diverse lines of business. They will continually assess and calibrate the organizational structure to ensure timely and high-quality service based on individual line of business demand, strategic staffing, and mapping initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for attracting top talent across the enterprise and within each line of business
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and other critical stakeholders
  • Leveraging business acumen and analytical capabilities to provide clear, concise analysis in support of business decisions
  • Leading the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Lines of Business Early and Executive talent acquisition plans in alignment with their people strategies

The successful candidate will be known for providing creative thought leadership while listening and engaging others to shape a strategy. Excellent business acumen, analytical capabilities, and familiarity with agile delivery methodology and working in agile teams are highly beneficial.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline would be an asset
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, Business, and/or Management Consulting with significant exposure to strategy development and implementation and business transformation initiatives preferably within the Financial Industry
