Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner specializes in attracting and selecting top talent to support business objectives. As a key member of our Human Resources function, you will provide critical support to senior managers in implementing talent acquisition and management initiatives across the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business outcomes and develop job profiles that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate referrals, and final selection processes.
  • Support leadership development initiatives, including succession planning, talent management, and performance reviews.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of human resources experience with a specialization in talent acquisition, preferably in a construction or building services unionized environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and selection, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
