Job Overview

The AVP, Executive Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in developing and implementing executive talent acquisition strategies to ensure TD has the right talent to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global executive talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs of various lines of business.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify critical talent gaps and develop targeted attraction strategies.
  • Lead and manage the Executive Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and amplify TD's employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration or HR an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, business, or management consulting, with significant exposure to strategy development and implementation.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 CAD, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
