Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Consulting – Human Resources, Recruitment team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying high-caliber candidates, and developing effective relationships with clients. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and database searches.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with clients and stakeholders.
  • Review, design, and develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Lead engagement teams, mentoring junior members and promoting effective client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CHRP designation is considered an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets.
