Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role Overview

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating comprehensive recruiting strategies and delivering diverse, high-quality talent pools for our Commercial Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive strategic recruiting plans based on business needs
  • Builddiverse and robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Deliver exceptional recruitment performance metrics
  • Influencerecruitment decisions with market data and insights
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process

About the Position:

This position reports to the Associate Director of Commercial Business Units for North America. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced TABPs to support business growth plans and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional in a dynamic environment
  • Expertise in TA platforms and systems
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Results-driven with a focus on diverse and high-quality talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

What We Offer:

Kraft Heinz offers a competitive salary and bonus structure. The estimated base salary range for this position is $116,600 - $145,700. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and wellbeing programs.
