Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Klick Health. This individual will be responsible for managing the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy for clients and working closely with the client to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Serve as the champion of stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization, generating excitement and advocacy for the craft.
  • Develop strategic external stakeholder engagement plans, continually assessing collaborations with key stakeholders and driving cohesive interactions and collaboration outcomes.
  • Support the client's stakeholder engagement strategy by providing thought leadership and advancing the client's stakeholder strategy with a future-forward mindset.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee project briefs, including necessary SME and associated staffing ratio.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality, leveraging a key understanding of the client's internal ecosystem.
  • Drive the continuous growth and evolution of the agency's Strategic Stakeholder Engagement craft, processes, products, and tools.
  • Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimization for growth and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in medical communications, healthcare communications or client side/pharmaceutical company, or 3 plus years an advanced degree in the life sciences.
  • BA/BS Degree, focus in Business or Science ideal.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Word.
Salary Range

$125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience.
