Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at Think Research Corporation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded professional to drive growth and cultivate lasting relationships with key clients in the consumer health industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of direct sales achievements and results, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong ability to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and overall organization sales targets, ensuring deliverability of programs to meet customer objectives and expectations.
  • Directly manage key accounts to drive growth and cultivate lasting relationships.
  • Develop account plans and selling strategies to ensure long-term growth.
  • Implement strategies to drive renewal business as well as new business with our existing customer base.
  • Identify new clients across industry segments including OTC, BTC, and Rx pharmaceutical organizations, medical institutions, health organizations, medical societies, and the public health sector.
  • Accountable for client relationships including pharma, KOLs, medical societies, and key healthcare organizations to drive sales solutions.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science, Health, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in consumer health, pharmaceutical sales, and marketing.
  • Proven success with 1+ years in a healthcare industry-related sales or business development role, preferably with client management experience.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
