Hotel Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at the Best Western Plus Norwester Hotel & Conference Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
In addition to providing top-notch customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Maintain accurate records and process transactions in a timely manner
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a prompt and professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
