Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,921.60 based on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with an hourly rate of $20.91/hour.

Job Description
This role involves working closely with Culinary leads to prepare a wide variety of sandwiches and specialty items for the bagged lunch program. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, comply with statutory and company hygiene requirements, monitor and coordinate the day-to-day set up of sandwiches, and visually inspect the appearance of all cold food for proper color combination and overall presentation.

Key Responsibilities
The Lunch Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
  1. Preparing all sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus, including specialty sandwiches and compounds.
  2. Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements.
  3. Monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day set up of sandwiches.
  4. Visually inspecting the appearance of all cold food for proper color combination and overall presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
  1. Previous experience in large-scale cooking in camp settings, banquet halls, and/or hotels.
  2. A background in a sandwich-maker role at a mass-production level.
  3. Current Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain it.
  4. Ability to commit to a 2-week on/2-week off rotation.
  5. A team-player attitude with a focus on providing exceptional client satisfaction.
  6. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders or stairs, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands.
