We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 9372-7568 Quebec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to train. They will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, providing customer service, and maintaining and managing digital databases. They will also be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including transportation provided by the employer, travel insurance, and a temporary work term. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
