With a strong focus on excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Vaudreuil, Quebec.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our office operations, including verifying order status, receiving, confirming, and placing purchase orders, processing invoices, and preparing stickers for frozen orders. Additionally, they will provide administrative support and transport services, research and compare transportation companies to take advantage of favorable rates, and prepare schedules of transportation services for outgoing shipments.

This role requires a minimum of one to three years of customer service experience or reception, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work individually as well as in a team. The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be professional and polite, customer-oriented, and have attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits after three months, including health and dental coverage.
