Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 9372-7568 Quebec Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. Your primary duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as coordinating the flow of information within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
