About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

As a skilled sales professional, you will oversee the sales strategy and execution for the Canadian market, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating deals. You will be able to articulate the value proposition of our innovative furniture solutions to potential customers and develop strategies to win new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Canadian market
  • BUILD, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH A PORTFOLIO OF MAJOR EXISTING CLIENTS
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating deals
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market and its business landscape
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of our innovative furniture solutions to potential customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with ability to work independently
