Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the seafood industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
