About the Job:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in selling network infrastructure, security, and software solutions to major Service Provider accounts. As a Director of Regional Sales and Business Development, you will represent A10 Networks and employ a high-touch, high-value sales model to effectively position our technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned Service Provider accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve personal and team quotas.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify business opportunities with Service Provider accounts, and support distributors in developing effective resellers in the territory.
- Sales Execution: Drive end-user sales within Service Provider accounts, including negotiations, coordination, and closing deals.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and present professional sales presentations, managing project progress and following up on potential leads to maximize closure rates.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Manage sales forecasts and develop short-term and long-term business plans; regularly review business forecast pipelines with regional directors.
- Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in the Service Provider market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as part of a Service Provider Sales Team, with a strong track record in selling network infrastructure, security, and software solutions. Established relationships with a variety of Service Provider accounts and Channel Partners are preferred.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Remote or based in our office.
