Job Title: Regional On Premise Development Lead - Central Region
About the Role:
The Regional On Premise Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and development within the Central region. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the volume and expansion of our brand presence across key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of On Premise Managers to achieve regional sales targets and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with Distribution Partners to continuously refine our route-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an On Premise Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based bonuses.
