Regional Sales Manager, North America

At Gunnebo Entrance Control, we provide innovative entrance control solutions to create safe and productive environments for communities and businesses. Our comprehensive range of products includes turnstiles, speed gates, security booths, security revolving doors, and entrance gates.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities within your assigned region. Your primary duties will include:
- Presenting and communicating product features and their advantages to channel partners, architects/engineers, consultants, and end-users.
- Ensuring all customer contact information and sales opportunities are documented in CRM.
- Creating a strategic sales plan for future growth with targeted accounts.
- Reviewing the sales plan quarterly with sales management and implementing corrective action plans for improvement.
- Providing quality leadership to manufacturer rep firms in the region.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in the security industry, preferably in turnstile, access control, or door hardware areas.
- Successful outside sales experience selling solutions into commercial, education, healthcare, data/IT, or government organizations.
- Strong relationship development and management skills.
- Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor.
