Administrative Coordinator Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator Senior to join our team at Beedie. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:
- Coordinating projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls
- Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Maintaining data entry records and performing other administrative duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
