Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Services Coordinator to join Melas Co Ltd. team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to record release, coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with government access to information and privacy legislation.
Work Environment

This is an on-site position that requires working at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
