Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Establish and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Analyze budgetary data and make recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Prepare and present periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee payroll administration and resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
