We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Soubliere Interiors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the JobThis permanent position offers an estimated annual salary of $52,000 - $62,000 based on industry standards and location. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:- Seminar and Conference Coordination
The Administrative Coordinator will arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are made and executed smoothly.
HR Department SupportThe successful candidate will assist the HR department in achieving organizational goals by coordinating their activities effectively.
Information Flow ManagementThe Administrative Coordinator will ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, maintaining open communication channels.
Daily Operations OversightThe candidate will direct and control daily operations, supervising staff and evaluating performance regularly.
Mail and Document DistributionThe Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for opening and distributing mail, as well as preparing and typing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Budget Planning and ControlThe successful candidate will plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective financial management.
Training and DevelopmentThe Administrative Coordinator will train staff members and establish policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Meeting Minutes and Record-KeepingThe candidate will record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
Customer Service and CommunicationThe Administrative Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and directing visitors to relevant contacts or services.
Screening Questions and Accessibility SupportThe successful candidate will participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, visible minorities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
