Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Inbound Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls for fraud-related inquiries, reviewing unusual activity with customers, and completing lost reports and itemizing fraud transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls for fraud-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Review unusual activity with customers and complete lost reports and itemize fraud transactions.
  • Authorize transactions declined due to fraud mitigation rules and decline transactions that are highly suspicious.
  • Complete online fraud reports and ensure the correct action is taken when inputting the option for resolution.
  • Handle transferred calls from Contact Centers when cardholders are reporting disputed transactions on lost/stolen cards.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism is required as this is a customer-facing role.
  • Previous Retail Banking and/or Advice/Call Centre experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of the application systems that support debit/credit card and alternate delivery channel products.
  • Strong critical thinker with good verbal and written communication skills.
