Bilingual Administration/Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Document Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including document processing, issue resolution, and client support.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage mortgage loan documents efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on client procedures and service level agreements.
- Identify discrepancies in data and documents, escalating to management and clients to prevent delays.
- Manage multiple email inboxes and workflows, and handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Process, scan, and distribute mail as required.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to client inquiries based on company standards.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting sensitive information.
