About the Job:
This role involves reviewing unusual customer activity, completing lost reports, and communicating with various departments within the bank. As a Fraud Analyst, you will utilize specific call handling procedures to mitigate potential fraud losses and create a rewarding experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships
• Provide excellent service levels by managing workload and staying available to receive customer requests
• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and other Bank departments to resolve fraud issues
• Authorize transactions declined due to fraud mitigation rules or decline suspicious transactions
• Complete online fraud reports and arrange for expedient resolution for affected customers
• Handle transferred calls and ensure accounts are statused on all applicable systems
• Achieve and maintain required service level standards by operating at optimal efficiency, minimizing Fraud risk, and adhering to policies and procedures
• Participate actively in team activities/initiatives and take responsibility for self-learning and development

Requirements:
• Bilingualism (English/French) required for a customer-facing role
• Customer Service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple applications/systems
• Strong critical thinking and verbal/written communication skills
• Previous Retail Banking and/or Advice/Call Centre experience an asset
