The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and editing various forms of correspondence. This position will assist in compiling data for reports and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to respond quickly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Organize and maintain office records and files.
  • Perform photocopying, faxing, scanning, and organizing documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing.
  • Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement.
  • Organization and professionalism are essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
