ADP: A Leader in Human Resources Technology
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients over the phone and using virtual technology.
About the Role:
- Sell ADP solutions to new and existing clients, focusing on building relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales and reach sales goals.
- Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Cultivate additional business within existing accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to clients and internal partners.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
- Experienced skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a 'never lose' mentality.
- Able to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
