Job Title: District Manager of Outside Sales
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager of Outside Sales to join our team at Insight Global. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for selling human capital management solutions to new and existing clients in person and virtually. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources, and Payroll Administrators at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Sell HCM solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients
- Provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales within finance, business, banking, or other relative industries
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Experience running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting, presenting, and closing the deal
- Experience creating your own leads and building out your own territory
- Bilingual in both French and English
- Access to a car and valid driver's license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- College degree
- Background in managing client relationships with financial institutions
- Aptitude in employing consultative selling methodologies
