About the Role
Mackenzie Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented District Sales Associate to provide administrative support to our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing territory management, scheduling events, and preparing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales coverage forecasts
- Schedule and coordinate territory and corporate events
- Prepare correspondence, special mailings, and client reports
- Order promotional items and team product/marketing materials
- Sort and prioritize incoming client mail and emails
- Assist with special events and maintain client information in our CRM database
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and prepare internal reports
- Process sales practices requests and team expenses
Requirements
- Related post-secondary education
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and Mackenzie products
