Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a team of Sales Representatives, managing sales in Big Box and Grocery accounts, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Representatives in their assigned district.
  • Manage the field performance results and establish team and individual performance objectives.
  • Understand data and formulate plans to achieve district and program results.
  • Regularly provide field insights and competitive intelligence to client and field teams.
  • Adapt to changing business environments while ensuring the field organization meets or exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales, and/or field marketing.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising management in Grocery & Big Box strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
