Job Title: Sales Executive

Waterford Executive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join its Toronto-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing and quotes to clients
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity and forecast sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Travel regularly throughout the GTA and nationally as required
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with a strong track record of account retention and profitable business results
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary + uncapped commission (30-50%)
